A new high-rise commercial building next to the new Limassol Marina, on the corner of Omonias and Franklin Roosevelt Avenues.The area of the modern 12-storey tower will be 5 thousand m2.

The offices will occupy 3,960 m2, the rest of the space will be given over to a three-level underground parking.

On the lower floors of the high-rise, rooms are equipped for shops, cafes and restaurants. Construction work is expected to begin in the first half of 2024 and last about 18 months.
