Tower 222, Nicosia

The new residential complex in the area of Agioi Omologites, Nicosia, consists of three modern buildings with four floors, on which one-bedroom apartments are located. The buildings are constructed in accordance with earthquake resistance standards. The water supply system is concealed, pipe-in-pipe type, with a 150-liter boiler and solar panels. Each apartment provides preparation for the installation of split air conditioning systems. The thermal and waterproofing of the building is carried out using an 8-centimeter extruded polystyrene board and a waterproofing layer of 4 mm bitumen coating, which allows obtaining a category A energy efficiency certificate.
