The new residential complex in Aglantzia, Nicosia, consists of five floors with one-bedroom apartments, as well as a commercial space on the ground floor. The complex will be built in a privileged area with convenient access to all necessary services and infrastructure facilities. The building is designed in accordance with earthquake resistance standards.

The electrical wiring will be concealed, in accordance with the requirements of the Cyprus Electrical Service. Each room has sockets, telephone and TV outlets. The water supply system is a pipe-in-pipe type, with a 150-liter boiler and south-facing solar panels. It is planned to install air conditioners (split systems) in living areas and bedrooms. An 8-centimeter layer of extruded polystyrene foam with a concrete screed and 4 mm thick bitumen waterproofing is installed on the roof, ensuring compliance with the Class A energy efficiency certificate. The choice of materials (plumbing, tiles, finishing) is carried out by the contractor. Changes in technical specifications are possible by agreement between the buyer and the developer.
