CY-Q is a residential project of detached houses located in Latsia, one of themost premium locations of Nicosia. The entire project is divided into fourphases, consisting existing and off-plan units. The original design wascomprised by 32 units.

Phases1 & 2 of this project consist of 16 three-bedroom houses. Most of thehouses have been designed in such a way which gives buyers the option ofadding a fourth bedroom.For Phases 3 & 4, the buyer, in cooperation with the architects, has the optionto design the house according to his/her own needs, ideas and desires.
