Kamares Sunshine Residences, Larnaca

The developer company has started implementing its next project in Larnaca. A few days ago, the developer started work on the construction site of a new residential complex Kamares Sunshine Residences.

The complex is being built in the prestigious area of Drosha, less than 3 km from the Blue Flag beaches.

The project provides for the construction of a 4-storey building, in which there will be a total of eight 2-bedroom apartments with an area of 77 m2 each. There are only two apartments on each floor, which will provide maximum privacy to future owners. In addition, residents of apartments on the fourth floor will have access to the roof, where a roof garden and a barbecue area will be equipped. The cozy lounge area offers panoramic views of the surrounding area.

The Kamares Sunshine Residences project was fully developed by a professional team of architects, engineers and interior designers.

In the immediate vicinity of the future residential complex there is a school, kindergarten, supermarket, shops, educational centers and polyclinics - all the necessary infrastructure for a comfortable stay. Also from the building site it is easy to get to the main highways leading to Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos and Famagusta.

It is expected that the project will be completed by the summer of 2023.

It is worth noting that just last week, the developer also announced the start of construction of the Kamares Horizon View Residences residential complex.
