The project will be built in a privileged location providing easy access to essential services, shops and urban infrastructure. The building will be built in accordance with earthquake resistance standards. The electrical wiring will be concealed and made in accordance with the requirements of the IEC. The water supply system is a concealed pipe-in-pipe type with a 150-liter boiler and south-facing solar panels. The apartments provide for the installation of air conditioners (split systems) in living rooms and bedrooms.
