A new residential complex in the area of Agios Dometios, Nicosia, with four floors, on which one-bedroom apartments are located. The complex provides convenient and quick access to all necessary urban amenities, shops and infrastructure. The building will be constructed in accordance with earthquake resistance standards. The electrical wiring is concealed, made in accordance with the project and AEK standards. The water supply system is concealed, made using pipe-in-pipe technology, includes a 150-liter boiler and south-facing solar panels. One parking space is assigned to each apartment. The roof is insulated with an 8-centimeter layer of extruded polystyrene foam, filled with concrete screed and covered with 4 mm thick bitumen waterproofing, which allows the building to comply with the Class A energy certificate.
