Strovolos Eleonon Gardens

Land plots for residential development in the Strovolos Elaion Gardens area, located behind the Gardens horticultural center.

The project provides for wider roads, including bike paths and sidewalks, trees have been planted along them, and green areas have been completely converted into parks.

Residential development plots, all with title documents, have a building area ratio (density) of 0.50:1, a building area (coverage) of 35%, a maximum of 2 levels and a maximum height of 10 m.

The area is built up with luxury houses with large gardens. Strovolos Elaion Gardens is a quiet area next to the Pedieios River and linear Park.
