Agglisides Shopping Centre

Quality Group is proud to present the first business shopping centre of Agglisides village which is located on the old Larnaca/Limassol road that connects the villages of Agglisides and Alethriko.

This premier commercial development will provide a range of facilities to serve the local community. The centre consists of 7 ground floor shops with mezzanine and 7 office suites on the first floor. Basement parking further complements ground level parking facilities.

At the heart of the shopping centre is the central walkway which is not just a means of passing through but becomes a place to be, to sit, to socialise thus creating a focal point for commercial and business activity in this small community.

One of the most intriguing features of the complex is the free standing cylinder which accommodates the elevator and acts as the pivot point between the two opposing wings. This cylindrical theme is carried through to the tree planters which also serve as seats. Even though the design is modern in its conception there is an attempt to use materials that are more sensitive to the local surroundings. Thus, stone and wood are used for the main features of the complex.
