If I transfer my apartment to my 3 children (from my second marriage) when I die, will the other child be entitled to any part of that apartment?

Dear Sir/Madam,

Good morning!

I would like to ask the following:

I have 4 children, one from my first marriage and 3 from the second.

If i transfer my apartment to my 3 children (from the second marriage),when i die, will the other child be eligible to any part of this apartment?

Собственник имеет право распоряжаться своим имуществом на Кипре по его усмотрению. Имущество может быть передано любому лицу.  Если квартира будет передана до смерти, никто не может на нее претендовать, так как она не будет являться частью наследственной массы покойного.
