Venus Gardens residential complex joined the list of Cypriot projects honored with the prestigious European Property Award.

On Friday, July 14th, the developer company announced that the elite complex, located in Paphos, won the "Best Project Design with over 20 Residences" category.

"We are very proud to have received this award," commented the developer on their victory.

Venus Gardens is a unique resort-style residential complex, situated just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the sea.

The complex consists of cozy apartments and luxurious villas ranging in size from 94m2 to 140m2. All homes in the complex are situated atop a hill in the Chloraka area and feature a relaxing modern design with distinct Mediterranean characteristics.
