The University of Cyprus announced the announcement of an open tender for constructing the building of the Medical School and Health Sciences Nikos K. Siakolas, on the campus, in Aglantzia.
The tender concerns the implementation of the Medical School building.
It is noted that the building has a legible typology and is characterized by high aesthetic and functional organization, while it is arranged on four levels.
The first floor includes the office and office space, on the ground floor will be the teaching community, the basement will house the research unit, while the basement will have parking spaces and support spaces.
The contract's estimated value to be signed with the successful bidder exceeds € 20 000 000 (€ 20 170 000 excluding VAT).
National Resources fund the project, and the University will make the payments of Cyprus.
Tenders must be submitted by noon on December 15, 2020.
The participation guarantee is the amount of € 400,000.
The contract's duration is set at three years (36 months) from the start date of the project.
