Premium Access Cyprus and Thanos Hospitality Services have joined forces to revive the famous Palm Beach Resort.
It should be noted that the hotel complex in Larnaca was closed in 2023 for a major renovation.
On Tuesday 3rd December, representatives of the two companies met for a working breakfast at the famous Labs Tower in Nicosia. During the event, which was also attended by journalists, they officially announced the start of their cooperation.
Shaul Keinan of Premium Access Cyprus presented plans to revitalise the Palm Beach Resort and develop the Oroklini Coast in Larnaca. He said that the relocation of oil and gas facilities had opened up new opportunities for the region, which has great potential. More than €100 million will be invested in the project, which will make a significant contribution to the economic development of not only the city, but the whole of Cyprus.
Meanwhile, the revitalised Palm Beach Resort is scheduled to open in 2026 as a 5-star multi-functional complex. The resort will include sports facilities, swimming pools, state-of-the-art gyms, luxury residences, haute cuisine restaurants, a wellness centre and a landscaped beach with water sports facilities.

It is expected that the modernised hotel will have 164 comfortable rooms when all work is completed.
