The construction of the Coeo Gladstonos Εxclusive Residences residential complex in Nicosia is progressing rapidly.
According to the developer, the work is at an advanced stage. The realization of the project is carried out without any delays, so the owners will receive the keys to their houses and apartments in the designated time frame. Interestingly, investors are showing great interest in the project. By the way, more than 60% of the real estate in the complex has already been sold.

According to the idea, the project will consist of 3 apartment buildings (with two basements, a ground floor, and 5 floors) for 19 three- and four-bedroom apartments and 7 private villas. The height of the apartment buildings will be about 24.8 meters and the height of the private villas will be about 8-12 meters. All objects on the project territory will have a common spacious underground parking lot.
For the convenience of residents, the complex will have a sauna and massage room, a cinema hall, a gym, and a children's playground.
Coeo Gladstonos Εxclusive Residences has been fully developed by a professional team of architects, engineers, and interior designers.
