The construction of the Ayia Napa marina eastern tower enters the final stage.

The 23rd floor was completed in early January, the frame of the 24th floor was done by the end of the month. In total, the first high-rise in the south-east part of Cyprus will have 28 floors.

The luxury complex will have two towers: east and west. The first one will be delivered by the fall of this year (or, perhaps, a little earlier than the deadline), work on the second one is now beginning.

Prices in the east tower start from 1,350,000 (two-bedroom apartments of a 157 m2 total area). A five-bedroom penthouse (782 m2) costs 7,520,000 euros. This is several times less than the cost of high-rise elite projects of this class in Limassol or Nicosia.

In addition to apartments in high-rise towers, it is also possible to buy villas (already finished or under construction) with personal piers for yachts from 4.5 million euros. The villas are divided into three groups — villas on the island, on the peninsula and on the beach.

The construction of the Ayia Napa Marina is the most anticipated project in the Famagusta district.

Large and small developers who are not even connected with the construction of the project are looking forward to the completion of the marina and are following the news.

The marina of Ayia Napa will greatly change the area, which is currently the weakest economically in the Republic of Cyprus. Tourism is developed here (Ayia Napa and Paralimni are the main tourist municipalities of the island), as well as agriculture. Local businessmen are confident that the marina will contribute to the rapid development of the construction sector (both elite and inexpensive).

The cost of real estate in Limassol marinas is significantly higher, and the construction of new marinas in Paphos and Larnaca is still very far away. At the same time, from the Ayia Napa marina to the largest airport is only half an hour - it is almost twice as fast as from the main marina of Limassol.

Some local landowners are in no hurry to sell land plots in Ayia Napa and on the Dhekelia road leading from Larnaca to Ayia Napa, as they are sure that the demand and price of them will increase in a few years.
