The realisation of one of the largest projects in Cyprus - Guru Mountain Resort - is actively progressing in Platres.
Recently, the developer announced that the first houses in the luxury complex have finally been commissioned. As construction is progressing according to schedule, without any delays, the properties will be handed over on time. The project is divided into several phases. The next phase will begin in February 2025.
