In Platres, one of the largest projects in Cyprus - Guru Mountain Resort - is being actively implemented.
The other day the developer company announced that the first houses in the luxury complex will be commissioned in January 2024. By the way, the construction is going according to schedule, without any delays.
Recall that the project involves the construction of a 7-story hotel, luxury villas and comfortable bungalows. The total construction area amounts to 52 478 m2, of which 31 727 m2 are allocated for green public spaces.
According to the release, the hotel will be 16.15 meters tall. It will include a lobby, restaurant, bar and café, Bottega store, children's play area, lounge, traditional barbecue area, 2-level parking for 182 parking spaces, indoor and outdoor pool, gym, treatment room, Turkish bath and sauna.
The houses and duplex bungalows, with enchanting mountain views, will be located separately from the main building. For those looking for the same quality, elegance and spectacular views, but on a smaller budget, the resort will offer 20 studios and 51 one-bedroom apartments above the main building.
Guru's 18 luxury villas will be uniquely styled and will stand out from the rest of the resort. The 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom residences will feature 2 fireplaces (1 inside and 1 outside on the veranda), double-height terraces, spacious bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas.
In turn, in the two-level bungalows Guru will have spacious verandas with magnificent views of the mountains.
A total of 5 such mansions will be built in the new complex. Their interior will reflect a particular and unique style, with an emphasis on functionality and simplicity, as well as the use of natural wood, which is in perfect harmony with nature.
