Construction of the third and final building of the Trilogy Limassol Seafront complex has entered its final stage. According to the developer, North Residences is scheduled to be completed and delivered in autumn 2026.

Unlike the two high-rise East and West towers, North Residences is located further inside the site and has fewer floors. Once construction is completed, the building will feature a private 6,700 m2 leisure area with adult and children’s swimming pools, a pool bar, gardens and a children’s playground.
The entire complex occupies a 21,500 m2 site and includes 268 apartments, office space and public infrastructure. Construction began in 2018, while the announced investment volume amounts to €380 million. The project has also created 500 jobs.
The other two towers have already formed the complex’s distinctive skyline on the seafront: West Tower has 39 floors and reaches a height of 170 m, while East Tower has 35 floors and stands 160 m tall.
What residents of North Residences will receive
North Residences is designed for those who want to live close to the sea while also having access to the full infrastructure of a private residential complex. The building offers apartments in a variety of layouts, including one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
Prices for apartments measuring 98–101 m2 start from €710,000, while two-bedroom units of 158 m2 are offered from €1.65 million. At the same time, only a limited number of units remain available for sale.
Trilogy is more than a residential complex
One of the project’s key features is the combination of residential, business and public infrastructure. The central Trilogy Plaza covers 6,850 m2 and is open not only to residents. It is home to Musa and Óris Fire Kitchen & Bar restaurants, Nook Food & More café, XeniArtSpace gallery, Blow Frontrow salon and Minotti Limassol furniture store. The complex is managed by BeCyprus, which provides 24/7 security, reception, concierge services and property management.
The architectural concept of Trilogy was developed by an international team of specialists. One of the most notable engineering features of the complex is the West Tower’s “sky terrace”, which extends 18 m beyond the building. The completion of North Residences in autumn 2026 will therefore effectively mark the end of construction at Trilogy Limassol Seafront — a project that over the past several years has become one of the most prominent architectural landmarks on Limassol’s modern seafront.
