Recall that the company Cyfield is currently engaged in the construction of a high-rise Downtown Stasikratous Residences in the heart of Nicosia, on Stasikratous Street.
The building will have 26 floors. On the upper levels of the high-rise will be equipped with luxury 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, and the lower floors will be given to commercial premises, which will accommodate luxury boutiques. Each apartment will have a modern design, high-quality finishing and thoughtful layout. Among other things, the owners of the apartments will get one parking space and a storage room. For the convenience of the residents, the set includes a spacious landscaped area, a gym and a recreation area.
It is worth noting that there are banks, schools, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, as well as a beautiful park within walking distance of the development site. From Downtown Stasikratous Residences it will be easy to reach the main highways leading to Limassol and Larnaca. The project has been carefully designed so that future owners can maximize the benefits of the complex's excellent location in Nicosia. Stunning snow-white building will stand out against the background of other buildings in the city center. From its balconies will open a stunning view of the capital of Cyprus and the mountain range Pentadactylos. The building will have an energy efficiency category A. The large-scale project is planned to be completed at the end of 2024.
The combination of architectural design, quality of materials used and the location of Downtown Stasikratous Residences make it ideal for living and real estate investment.
