Two large-scale development projects were presented in Larnaca, promising to transform the city and attract new investors. SLK Shajrawi Leibovich Karekla Developments officially announced the construction of Lumina Mare and Horizon Towers in collaboration with Aviation Links and Dex-Tek & Develco Group. The presentation, which took place on the Mackenzie coast, brought together businesspeople, municipal representatives, journalists and real estate market experts. The mayor, Andreas Viras, emphasised that these projects are a step towards transforming Larnaca into a centre of modern life and tourism.
Lumina Mare is a symbol of coastal Larnaca.
— is designed to be an architectural landmark on the coast. Standing at 65 metres high with 20 floors, the building's façade is designed to interact with sunlight and reflect the atmosphere of the Mediterranean Sea. The tower will house 54 premium residences, commercial premises on the ground floor, and six floors of parking. The apartments will offer panoramic sea and marina views of the new Larnaca marina, which is actively developing and already attracting the attention of investors.

Horizon Towers — a new understanding of urban life
Horizon Towers is the second project and will be the largest residential complex in Larnaca. Six towers, ranging from 16 to 20 storeys high, will be located just 400 metres from the beach. They will contain 530 apartments ranging from compact studios to spacious penthouses. Architect Michalis Neophytou noted that the project's goal is to create a unique environment that combines modern comfort, innovation and aesthetic value.

Investments and new opportunities for Larnaca
SLK is a company that has completed more than 17,000 projects worldwide and is now focusing on developing Cyprus. In collaboration with international partners and local groups, SLK plans to transform Larnaca into a modern business and technology hub. As well as premium housing, the city will see new hotels, shopping and entertainment areas, and an innovative business centre. These developments will create hundreds of jobs, attract investment and open up opportunities for young people.
Larnaca is becoming the centre of attention
In recent years, it has been competing with Limassol and Paphos for a share of the Cyprus real estate market. Thanks to new projects, the city is strengthening its status as a promising destination for investors and those looking for seaside properties. Experts are already noting growing interest in Larnaca apartments, as prices here remain lower than in Limassol despite the city's rapid development.
