The commercial and amusement park NEO PLAZA in Kokkinotrimithia is slowly taking shape, the construction works of which are progressing rapidly.
As evidenced by the photos, the construction of the park facilities is at an advanced stage.
It is reminded that the amusement park will open its gates in March 2021.
As stated in InBusinessNews, the General Manager of Neo Plaza, Sotiris Sigalas, the stores will be ready and will be delivered to the tenants at the end of November 2020. From there, the tenants will shape them as they wish.
According to information, during this period the consultations with interested tenants for the closure of the last stores are intense, as 90% of the agreements have been completed. The company chose to leave a small number of stores unavailable, so that in the end it has the ability to create with the last touches the best possible tenant mix. The goal is to include in the whole mix, brands that do not have a presence on the island and will come to Cyprus for the first time.
It is recalled that despite the initial plans for completion of the project next December, the pandemic and the decree to stop construction work, brought a postponement of the opening period of NEO PLAZA in March.
