The luxurious complex - Limassol Greens- will be ready to receive its first residents in the middle of 2025.

The realization of one of the largest development projects in Cyprus is proceeding according to the established schedule. The luxurious complex is being built on an area of 140 hectares and provides an 18-hole championship-class golf course, ultra-modern clubhouse, 500 villas, 250 apartments and extensive infrastructure for life and recreation.
It is worth noting that the development site is located in the western part of Limassol, in a very attractive location. In the vicinity there is a sandy beach Lady's Mile and Salt Lake, and in the neighborhood - My mall and grand casino-resort City of Dreams Mediterranean, which has already opened its doors to visitors.

Investments in the project exceeded 75 million euros. Soon the developer intends to put up for sale objects in three new apartment buildings.
The original project, which has been designed by Luciano Mazza, director of hotel design at the international architectural firm HKS, includes:

- 500 villas and 250 apartments to be built in several phases,

- an open-air amphitheater,
- garden for the cultivation of plants.
The villas are located on large plots of land and have from three to six bedrooms. Using the latest design solutions, the villas harmonize with the surrounding landscape. The spacious interior spaces are in perfect harmony with the surrounding gardens and create a comfortable sense of Mediterranean lifestyle.
In the center of Limassol Greens, next to the Club Village and Clubhouse, the Robin Apartments complex is provided. It is divided into two sections with two separate lobbies and with separate elevators. Potential buyers can purchase here 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, one of the main advantages of which is a stunning panoramic view of the golf course, Salt Lake, forest and sea.
