Cyprus Department of Environment has issued a building permit for the new large residential project called GURU Mountain Hill Resort in the Pano Platres mountainous area.
GURU Mountain Hill Resort will include a 7-story hotel, luxury villas and comfortable bungalows.
The total site area will be 52,478 m2, of which 31,727 m2 will be allocated for green public spaces. The plots will be within residential zones H6 and H7.
According to the release, the hotel's height will be 16.15 meters above the level of the ground floor. It will have a lobby, a restaurant, a bar and a cafe, a Bottega store, a children's play area, a living room, a traditional barbecue area, a 2-level parking for 182 cars, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a gym, a treatment room, a Turkish bath and a sauna.
The houses and duplex bungalows with a charming mountain view will be built separately from the main building and their architecture will combine modern and ultra-modern design.
For those who are looking for a property with the great quality, elegance and magnificent views, but with a smaller budget, the resort will offer 20 studios and 51 single apartments in the main building.
The 18 luxury villas of the Guru Complex will have a unique style and stand out from the rest of the resort. 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom mansions will provide 2 fireplaces (1 internal and 1 external one on the veranda), terraces with double ceiling height, spacious bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room.
The two-level Guru bungalows will have spacious verandas with magnificent mountain views.
In total, 5 similar mansions will be built in the new complex. Their interior will reflect a special unique style, with an emphasis on functionality and simplicity, as well as the use of natural wood, which is in perfect harmony with nature.
