A major project called The Legacy has begun in the capital of Cyprus.
An innovative 20-story skyscraper is being erected in the very center of the city. By the way, it was the location of the tower that played a decisive role in shaping the design concept of the building. It should be noted that the skyscraper project belongs to the award-winning architectural firm Gr G Patsalosavvis Architecture+Design LLC. During the design process, a lot of effort was put into meeting all environmental requirements in terms of energy efficiency and sustainability, as well as integrating an intelligent and interactive envelope that mediates between the building and its surroundings.
According to the project's design, the building will feature ultra-modern residences with a host of amenities.
Interested buyers will be offered a choice of 1-,2-, and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as luxury penthouses. Including 3-level apartments on the top floors with private elevator, roof garden, and heated swimming pool. All residences will be luxuriously furnished and equipped with premium equipment.
