Cyprus hosted the annual Cyprus Architecture Interior Design and Property awards 2023.
The award ceremony for the best projects in the field of architecture, interior design and real estate took place on Tuesday, November 28, at the Municipal Theater of Nicosia.
This year, the 22-storey Labs Tower Nicosia was recognized as the "Best Architectural Project". This modern building is located in the very center of the Cypriot capital. In addition to office space, the high-rise has apartments, conference rooms, cafes, restaurants and a fitness center. The cost of the project is estimated at 30 million euros. Approximately the same amount has been allocated for the finishing of the building, equipment, and furniture. Labs Tower was designed by the world-famous architectural company Eraclis Papachristou. All residential apartments in the skyscraper are fully equipped and furnished and have a beautiful view of the city. For the convenience of residents in the high-rise provides service as in a 5-star luxury hotel. The rent for apartments in Labs Tower starts from 2.5 thousand euros, and for offices - from 1.3 thousand euros.

Meanwhile, in the category "Best Development" won the Agia Napa Marina project.
This is an exclusive integrated resort located on the southeast coast of Cyprus.
The project includes two residential 26-storey buildings: "East Tower" and "West Tower" with stunning panoramic sea views. The height of both skyscrapers is over 100 meters. In addition to apartments in skyscrapers, it is already possible to buy completed and under-construction villas with private piers for yachts, the cost of which starts from 4.85 million euros. Luxury mansions are divided into three groups: villas on the island, on the peninsula, and on the beach. In the marina of Ayia Napa can anchor yachts up to 65 meters long. For vessels up to 10 meters in length, there is a 4-level dry dock on land. Guests of the marina can use the new parking lot, which is very close to the Event Center building and to all other services. The parking lot has four floors and can accommodate over 550 cars.
