According to Environmental Impact Assessment Study, the proposed project concerns the construction and operation of a 16-level building (13 above-ground floors, a basement, a mechanical floor, and roof-garden and shared facilities), which will consist of 43 residential apartments and two shops.
The total height of the building will be approximately 65 meters above ground level. The construction works of the project are expected to last about two years.
The project is planned to be implemented in one phase.
