Platinum is the world's most valuable jewelry material, strong yet light and casual, impervious to atmospheric phenomena. Designers have endowed Platinum Tower with the same qualities.
The glazing selected by the designers gives a mirror effect and has light-reflecting properties.
In addition to aesthetic characteristics, this approach solves several practical problems associated with the climate of Cyprus. The maximum quality glazing prevents the building from overheating, while the mirrored surface repels the sun's rays, also serving the energy-saving function.
The Platinum Tower building logo is double-sided. It will be visible from the highway from any angle. The entrance of the business center will be decorated with a platinum crown. The building will draw attention and remain in the mind.
Platinum Tower will be equipped with the largest media screen in Cyprus - 4 meters high and more than 100 meters long.
The media screen will broadcast video content relevant to the city's residents. The peculiarity of the building will be its multifunctional design. It is designed to accommodate open terraces, which can be converted into closed terraces if necessary.
The night lighting is designed with the possibility of combining different lights. The visualizations show the option of contour lighting, which graphically highlights the shape of the building, framing the platinum ingot, emphasizing its structure and elegance. Platinum Tower will become the command office and business card of a renowned real estate development company in Cyprus. The new business center will stand out from the background of modern buildings in Limassol.
