A new business center will be constructed in the capital of Cyprus.
The impressive 12-story high-rise, which is expected to become Nicosia's trademark, was designed by the architectural company C. Kythreotis and Associates.
According to the project, the building is a tower resembling an elegant sculpture, the main feature of which is the reflection of light on the moving aluminum blinds.
A commercial skyscraper of international standards will meet all the modern business community needs.
It should be noted that one of the most prestigious districts of the city was chosen for the construction of a new business center.
The building will appear directly opposite the Presidential Palace in Nicosia, near the historic Demostheni Severi Avenue (next to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and Kyriakou Matsi Street.
Despite the fact that the building site is located in the administrative center of the capital, it will be close to an English school and Strovolos linear park.
The building is planned to be made entirely of glass, and the roof - to be covered with photovoltaic panels, which should make it efficient in terms of renewable energy sources.
On the ground floor of the skyscraper, there is a spacious reception zone with a height of 6 meters and a area of 210 m2. Spacious offices will appear on the remaining floors.
The total area of the building will be 4300 m2. In addition, the project involves the construction of a 3-level underground parking for employees with 105 parking spaces.
In the future, the entire building is planned to be leased to one company or organization.
By the way, this work of high aesthetic and technological standards will undoubtedly decorate the cityscape of Nicosia and enrich the architectural culture of Cyprus.
