A new Limassol Brown boutique Hotel will soon appear on the main shopping street - Anexartisias.
The Prosperity group of companies announced on Tuesday June 8th that the hotel project had already begun. The hotel is expected to receive its first guests at the end of 2022. Thus it should take 18 months to build it.
It is worth noting that Prosperity is working on the Limassol Brown Hotel project in cooperation with the international Brown hotel collection.
Brown's main goal is to create a collection of hotels that emphasize service, design, innovation, style and authenticity.
A new boutique hotel is being built on the territory of the former ESEL shopping center. Here, according to the idea, will be a shopping center of the Swedish H&M.
According to the release, the hotel will have 110 rooms. The building will also have a bar with panoramic city views, pool and roof garden.
The total area of the project will be 18 189 m2, including one 6 955 m2 commercial building with three retail floors and storage facilities.
We must admit that thanks to the opening of a new boutique hotel, as well as a large-scale H&M store, the value of Anexartisias Street will increase significantly.
