GPR Green Park Residences Ltd intends to build a large-scale residential complex of 10,000 m2 at the entrance to Nicosia.
According to the release, six apartment buildings will appear on a hill in the Dasoupolis area next to the Cyprus Olympic Committee building.
Each building will be six stories high, with a total of 66 apartments with two, three, four and five bedrooms. At the same time, one of the six buildings will have one apartment per floor, and the rest will have two apartments per floor.
All apartments will be distinguished by an ergonomic, simple and at the same time modern design. It should be noted that the movement of cars and motorcycles will be prohibited in the courtyard.
Residents and guests of the new complex will be able to park their vehicles in a spacious underground parking with an area of 5,500 m2. Each apartment has at least two parking spaces. In addition, a charging station for electric vehicles will be installed in the complex.
The construction of the complex is scheduled to begin in October-November 2022. Completion date - the second half of 2024.
