The new complex “Loel High Rise Residential Project” will be erected instead of the LOEL winery in Limassol, Tsiflikudya (between the Marina and new port). The main sponsors of the projects are Chinese investors.
The complex will consist the following:
- two buildings 31 floors each
- one building 35 floors
- in total - 497 apartments
- 575 parking places
- swimming pool
- gym
- conference rooms
- public spaces
- café premises
The construction begins immediately, as soon as permission for work on construction will be accepted. It is expected to be completed in 24 months.
The premises of the former winery will soon be demolished. The territory is located between the LIDL supermarket and the KEO factory. The plot of 32271 m2 was acquired for 30 million EUR. Furthermore, next to the LOEL there is located a building of the SODAP factory. The territory was bought by Russian investors in January this year for 32 million EUR.
