It was around 50 years ago that our father Iacovos Hadjivasili started the family business in the Paphos area. The main purpose then was in supplying the local construction industry with sand and gravel from a local quarry.
About 30 years ago, his sons took control of the business and almost immediately started to expand.
The business was renamed “HADJIVASILI BROS CO LTD”. All aspects of the business were improved, new warehouse, importing of quality materials and improved customer base as our reputation grew.
In 1990, with the advantage of the experience and the knowledge gathered within the industry, it was decided that we should move into the construction industry. Since then, we have been established as one of the best development companies with personal touch and care for our customers and with an excellent reputation in the market as “QUALITY & RELIABLE DEVELOPERS”. We are amongst the very few developers that construct on their own financial strength without the need of bank finance! Because of that we have successfully issued the Title Deeds for 95% of our properties! Based on this, buyers trust us and feel secure purchasing their property from us. We have built and delivered over 1000 units and we have the knowledge, the mechanism and the professionalism to serve the needs of any buyer, offering from one bed apartments to luxurious villas at the best prices! Our aim
As we are a family business, with two of the four brothers in administration and sales, and the other two (George and Kyriakos) involved in the supervision of all building constructions, we believe it is important to give all customers our personal attention from first contact to completion of contract and beyond.
