Opal Court

This project is still under construction, and will be completed approximately in December 2022.

Opal Court consists of three floors and six apartments (2 on each floor). Each floor will have one 2-bedroom apartment and one 3-bedroom apartment. The third floor apartments have roof gardens with BBQ area.

All apartments will include the following features:

1. Air-conditions in every room (Mitsubishi)
2. Floor type WCs with hidden mechanisms
3. Security alarms
4. A central installed antenna
5. With high quality finishing
6. False ceilings in common areas and bathrooms
7. Provision for installation of heating units in all rooms
8. Water pressurised system with Solar heaters
9. Hot Water re-circulator system
10. MU114 Aluminium series with 28mm double glazed glass
