The project is located on a privileged site in the municipality of Strovolos, one of the best areas of Nicosia with easy access to the city center and beyond. The plot and the apartment building have a thoughtful orientation and functional design, which provides sunlight in winter and coolness in summer. The building provides warehouses for each apartment and two functionally planned parking spaces with two points of entry and exit of cars. The distance from the building to the site boundary makes it easy for cars to maneuver inside and outside the parking lot.
