Skylight Mansions

The new residential complex consists of 10 separate two-storey houses and is located in a developing area of Nicosia, within walking distance of Athalassa National Park and in close proximity to the University of Cyprus, General Hospital and Shopping center of Cyprus. Futuristic design and location in a quiet area, as well as the quality of finishing materials and furniture makes this project unique. Kitchen set, interior doors and cabinets made in Italy. The entrance door is made of solid wood, the floors are made of parquet boards, and the exterior walls are made of heat-insulating bricks 250 mm thick. The houses have an open interior and dormer windows, which provides all rooms with controlled southern lighting and cross ventilation. The culmination of the project is a sculptural "emancipated" roof garden.
