Olive Tree Residences (The Courtyard)

Each building consists of six floors. In one building there are apartments for the entire floor, whereas in other houses there are only two apartments per floor. Private roof terraces on the upper floors of three-bedroom, four-bedroom and full-size apartments offer generous additional living space. All apartments on the ground floor have the additional advantage of private large gardens.

The attractive design of the buildings ensures that each apartment is completely independent, without common walls, and that each apartment has three distinct sides providing unobstructed light, ventilation and views. Such a thoughtful layout guarantees maximum privacy for each apartment. As an additional feature, each building is named after a local tree that adorns each facade, embodying the natural Cypriot flora and the atmosphere of the Mediterranean.
