Noah Residences

The new project is located in the municipality of Lakatamia. The project consists of 5 separate houses with 3 and 4 bedrooms. Each house has a covered parking lot, and houses 3 and 4 bedrooms have storerooms on the ground floor. All houses have 3 bathrooms (guest toilet on the ground floor, as well as the main bathroom and shower in the master bedroom on the second floor). All residences have an open-plan living-dining room, while the kitchen remains separate with a partition and a sliding interior door, except for the first house, in which the entire ground floor has an open floor plan. The houses meet all the requirements for thermal insulation required to obtain a Class A energy efficiency certificate.
