Naoc (Ξ½Ξ±ΟΟ) in Greek means βancient templeβ and as such, the project is inspired by the ancient Greek Gods and consists of two buildings, Apollo and Poseidon. Each of their names were chosen with the location and unique aesthetic of the building in mind.
Inspired by ancient Greek mythology, Naoc offers its residents all the services of a luxurious hotel but with the privacy, security and allure of a private home.
This includes 24 hour security, a concierge service, and property management tasked to handle all matters of maintenance so that our residents donβt have to.
All residences provide a spectacular sea view that delivers glorious, daily sunrises and encapsulates the best that Larnaca has to offer. All 26 residences feature a bi-spoke architectural design, are ultra-spacious, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
Inspired by:
APOLLO
Thematically consistent with the ancient Greek Gods and designed with the Greek God Apollo in mind, The Apollo design acknowledges and respects the Greek God of art and music within its core design. Apollo is one of the most important and complex of the Olympian deities, reflected in the intricacies and fine details of the building.
POSEIDON
Similarly, the Poseidon name derives from the Greek God of water, earthquakes and horses. Poseidon draws its inspiration from the amazing ocean views and scenery available to the residents of the building.
