Aqua Residences, Larnaca

The Department of Environmental Protection of Cyprus has received an application from the company Solvin Ltd, regarding the construction of a new residential complex called Aqua Residences in Larnaca.

According to the release, the developer intends to erect two 20-storey towers next to the Larnaca — Dhekelia road, Vryone, where oil refineries were previously located.

The height of the buildings will be 67.7 m, the total area of the building site will be about 23 thousand m2, and the living area will be 27,224 m2. Aqua Residences will have 114 apartments with one, two and three bedrooms. For the convenience of the owners, the complex is equipped with swimming pools, a spa center, a gym, a cafe, a restaurant and a spacious parking lot. Interestingly, 1,294 m2 of land will be given over to green spaces.

The project will take about two years to complete. Its preliminary cost is estimated at 7 million euros.

According to the developer, the ultimate goal is to meet the need for residential real estate in the area, as well as create new jobs.
