Location

The location of Coralli spa residence is surely one of its many outstanding attributes. This Mediterra- nean- inspired resort is advantageously situated directly on the coast, in central Protaras, one of Cyprus’s premier tourist resorts. The project offers an unbeatable location and is a must for those look- ing for a seaside residence. Four superb beaches are within easy walking distance, including the famous Fig Tree bay wh ere the soft golden sandy beach meets the turquoise Mediterranean waters.

Protaras is the most cosmopolitan resort in Cyprus and is admired by all visitors to the island. Even for local Cypriot residents, competition runs high for properties in this area and demand often outweighs supply. Within the resort there are a variety of amenities on offer including water sports, horse riding, a sea life aquarium and some of the best diving sites in Europe.

An immense variety of innovative cuisine from Brazilian to Japanese and of course the spectacular local dishes cooked on spits and in clay ovens, gives visitors a chance to sample some of the best food in the Mediterranean. Take a stroll along the central tourist avenue, lined with shops, boutiques and a variety of cafes and bars to suit all tastes. Along with steadily gaining popularity as a holiday resort, Protaras has also become an ideal location for investors, as prices continue to rise and rental properties are in high demand.

Plans for a new boating marina are close to completion and one of the many golf courses to be built within Cyprus will be in the Protaras vicinity. A new coastal pathway connecting the beaches and separate resort areas of Protaras has been an extremely popular addition to the area. Those wanting to enjoy the outstanding coastline can walk between Pernera and Protaras within 20 minutes, instead of having to use transport. These on-going improvements in the infrastructure of the area will surely boost tourist numbers and house prices in an already profitable location.

Within 10 minutes drive from Protaras you will find the popular beach resort of Ayia Napa which also hosts great beaches and tourist amenities, including a large funfair and the best water park in Cyprus. A drive in the opposite direction will take you to the tradi- tional village of Paralimni which is a mixture of both the old and the new. Three attractive churches located in the centre square are the main focal point of the village whilst numerous modern shops and cafes lie in the surrounding area.

Protaras is truly a resort with something for everyone. The beach-lover in you will adore the magical coastline, whilst the traveler in you will enjoy the cultural diversity of the area.
