The cost of the entire turnkey project is 16,000,000 euros, which includes land, demolition of buildings and the construction work itself.

All permits and approvals have been received, and we are ready to start construction.

Taking into account the fact that residential residences are located in the building, the return of the investor's funds will be very fast and thus reduce the total cost of the entire project, as well as raise the rate of return on the rental of the remaining premises.

The estimated rental income will be 21% per annum, subject to the sale of all apartments.

With the cost of the entire project at 16,000,000 million euros, the return of funds from the sale of apartments will be approximately 6,700,000 euros, apartments can be sold immediately after the start of the project, thereby significantly reducing the final investment.

We are ready to help you get financing from the leading bank of Cyprus, negotiations have already been held and there is a preliminary approval for lending construction at 3.5% per annum, initially 50 \ 50 for construction work, possibly increasing to 70\30.

The initial amount to enter the project is 6,000,000 euros, which includes the land and the agreed project.
